Director of Training and Quality Assurance

Johnny Hopper joined the Roadside Protect team in 2019 as the Director of Training and Quality Assurance and oversees the ever-evolving approach to training and developing our call center team. He was also instrumental in building Roadside Protects Itasca call center and company intranet site to support expansion.

Prior to joining the leadership team, Johnny worked in the downstate Illinois call center where he led a team of over 60 employees taking calls for various industries including tourism, health care, retail, emergency services, and the automotive industry.

Johnny attended Lake Land College in downstate Illinois and currently lives in the NW suburbs of Chicago and enjoys sports, music, and spending time with his dog when he is not at work.
