When assisting people that experience roadside emergencies, we understand the stress our customer experiences and put ourselves in their shoes. Receiving a “thank you for your help” at the end of the call, when you know you have genuinely made someone’s day better, gives you a fulfilling and rewarding feeling.

Our employee benefits package includes 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule. We will also provide you with a two weeks paid training to give you a better comprehension of our processes, culture, and values. Moreover, in February 2021, RP moved into its current corporate headquarters at 1000 W Irving Park Rd. in Itasca. There have been numerous renovations since the initial move-in: massage chairs, fountains, landscaping, pergolas, and much more being installed to provide a great work environment!
Room For Growth
When we began our call center journey in 2018 we started with just a handful of agents. That number quickly grew to 20, 40, and now we have a team of hundreds that assist our customers today. As our center has grown, we have promoted over 30 Customer Service Representatives to various roles, from Director of Operations, to Workforce Management, to Claims Administration and Network Relations. We have a lot of opportunities from within – the sky’s the limit!
Supportive Environment
Being helpful and reliable are the core values we are driven by at RP. We understand that building a positive and friendly work environment is significant, as that is key to our employees’ success and happiness both personally and professionally. That is why we are always here for you if there are any questions and concerns.
