(“we,” “us,” and “our”) manages your personal information.

Our products and Services are not intended to be used by children under 16. We do not intentionally collect any personably identifiable information from children, although the forms on our website can collect online contact information from children who furnish it without parental consent or notification. Please include with your request: (i) your first and last name, (ii) your address, (iii) your telephone number, (iv) your relationship with us, and (v) a description of the information you disclosed to us. If your request does not contain this information, we may not be able to assist you. After your request, we may contact you to verify that you are the person whose personal information we have collected.

California Residents

Roadside Protect, Inc.Does not collect or retain sensitive personal information as defined in the California Privacy Rights Act,except for, in some instances, geographical location, which may include home or other physical address’ which we use to provide you with services you have requested.

The California Consumer Protection Act and California Privacy Rights Act provide California residents with additional rights, including:

Right to Know.

You have the right to know and see what data we have collected about you over the past 12 months, including:
• The categories of sensitive personal information we have collected about you;
• The categories of sources from which the sensitive personal informationis collected;

If you choose to do so, we will honor your request, however, we may not be able to provide optimal service. For example, if we are not permitted to share your location with a service provider, we may not be able to provide roadside assistance, or we may need to have you communicate directly with the service provider.
