Chief Operating Officer

Randy Stern joined the Roadside Protect leadership team in July of 2021. As Chief Operating Officer, Randy is responsible for the day-to-day activity and communications with our clients. In addition, Randy provides guidance and actionable analytics to the business.

Prior to joining Roadside Protect, Randy has a solid background in Customer Care with experience at AT&T, Allstate Roadside Services, Agero Roadside and Cinch Home Services. While at Allstate Roadside, he was responsible for managing the General Motors Roadside account. With over 8+ years’ experience in Roadside, Randy has also served as Director of Workforce Management and Analytics, Director of Contact Center, Director of Training, Quality and Voice of the Customer.

Randy earned his associate degree in Business and bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from AIU. Randy is married to his wife Lisa and has four children, Ashley, Randi, Robert, and Randall. Randy and Lisa love to travel and spend time with their kids and grandkids Kami, Katalyna, Anthony and Delilah.
